Purpose statement

Hi, I'm Costa, solo-builder for AI Peer Review.

I think its worth stating, in short, why this project exists.

Scientific output is growing faster than the pool of humans willing to review it. Semi-automated solutions are needed if we want to maintain the quality of published work without arbitrarily discarding strong submissions or disadvantaging smaller institutions. My goal is to show that LLMs can enable better review quality, faster feedback, and greater transparency in any scientific field. The aim is to augment human insight, not replace it.

I hope the reviews speak for themselves. They are now fully editable and can be made public. If you believe this is a good idea, I would be grateful if you could engage with AIPR on social media. I am starting from scratch, so any follow, like, or comment matters a lot. You'll also find unique takes on trends in the preprint world.

If you are interested, you can see some of my other projects and articles on LLM-driven development at costasnotes.ch and on substack.
